Hotel Gym Workout: Light Dumbbell Routine with Video!
At most hotel gyms the equipments are very limited. Usually the gyms include dumbbells up to 50lbs/23kg’s. A lot of people who I speak with don’t even bother going, because they find the gym useless if there are no equipments available other than light dumbbells. Thats why I have made a “full body” routine while working with light dumbbells. Check out the video on how to perform the exercises. Let us know in the comments how you found it.
- Try to reach the prescribed rep range
- If the dumbbells are still too light, slower your movement (e.g. 3sec up 3sec down)
- Don’t forget to do a short warmup and stretch before starting the routine
